This policy explains how APG Customs collects and uses information when you visit apgcustoms.com, call the shop or submit a build request.

Information you provide

When you request a quote or contact APG, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle year, make and model, service interests, build goals and any other details you choose to provide.

Website and device information

We may collect limited technical information such as page views, referring pages, device and browser type, approximate location derived from an IP address and interactions with phone links or forms. Security services may also process network and device signals to prevent spam and abuse.

How information is used

• Respond to your request and discuss parts, fitment, pricing or scheduling.
• Route APG service and installation requests directly to the APG team.
• Operate, secure and improve the website and lead process.
• Measure advertising and website performance.
• Comply with applicable obligations and protect APG, customers and the public.

Service providers and sharing

APG may share information with service providers that support website hosting, security, form delivery, customer follow-up, analytics and advertising measurement. These providers receive information only for those business purposes. APG service and installation requests are delivered directly to APG, not to a dealership CRM. If you leave this site to inquire about a specific vehicle on PettusAuto.com, that separate vehicle inquiry is handled by the Pettus dealership associated with the vehicle. APG does not sell personal information for money.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

Essential storage supports site security, form delivery and saved privacy preferences. For visitors detected in the United States, APG uses its own Google Analytics 4 property to measure pages and non-identifying call-link and completed-form interactions after displaying a cookie notice. Google Ads storage and measurement remain off unless you allow advertising. In locations where affirmative consent is required, analytics and advertising remain off until you choose to allow them. Quote-form fields, names, email addresses and phone numbers are not sent to Google Analytics or Google Ads.

You can change your selection at any time with the “Privacy choices” control in the footer. A browser Global Privacy Control signal is honored as an opt-out of sale, sharing, profiling and advertising cookies.

Security and retention

APG uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect submitted information. No online system is completely secure. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for customer follow-up, operational records, security and applicable legal purposes.

Your choices

You may ask APG to review, correct or delete personal information associated with your request, subject to reasonable identity verification and any information APG must retain. You may also ask APG not to use your information for further marketing communication.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and APG does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the build-request form.
